Tokens, Players not being able to see maps

There is a serious problem with the map system right now Players not being able to see the map but some can.  Tokens are not being shown and Not  able to add anything to the map.

Sadly I won't be able to host a game because is seems more than half my maps are gone.  Icons being the only remaining thing.  I  have checked several pages but they are all missing some are loosing content.  Is there a possibility that data was not lost but is actually not loading?  I have contacted three others whom also are seeing this as well.

It looks like you have some maps/tokens that are from Dundjinni (you probably imported them from the web search). Their site is currently down. If you players/you already loaded the map before then you probably have them cached so that's why some are seeing them and some aren't. We do copy those over to our own image servers when possible to help with this but it looks like those ones in particular haven't been copied over yet.

So your options are either re-build those parts of the map by uploading assets manually/using assets from the Marketplace, or you'll have to wait until Dudjinni comes back online. Once it does your map will be back to normal.

Are you on Dev or Main? And can you be more specific -- what page and what map/token is missing?

There was an additional issue that was preventing a lot of other web-search related images from displaying correctly. This has been fixed. We're also running a script right now that is attempting to update campaigns with images from Dudjinni to redirect to get them from caches on our end instead of their site. So you might try reloading and see if it's any better.

Things continue to get better with this issue. We've changed the way that our web search works so that now if we have a cache of the image we'll use that first instead of pulling from the original and then later swapping to the cache (don't ask me why we weren't doing it this way already). So if you were having issues adding new images from the web search, at least most of those should be resolved. We're also working on switching to caches in campaigns that are being run right now, so things should be back to a very good state here soon. Thanks for your patience.
