Maps not loading, they're just a black square

Played my first game, and none of the DM's maps loaded for me. I wasn't stuck at a loading screen; the map was just a big, black square. I couldn't see any tokens, or anything - with the exception of any drawings or arrows players and I made. I was the only player with this problem. I tried restarting my computer, clearing my cookies/cache, swapping to 3 different browsers (chrome, firefox, edge) - disabling my firewalls, adblockers, and antiviruses, and even switching to a different computer. The issue persisted anyway. How can I fix this? This was my first ever game, and it persisted even on the second session. The chat, character sheets, music, and initiative popup loaded just fine. Can anyone help me fix this, please? When pressing CTR+SHIFT+J for debugging, I got the following error: DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for <a href="https://app.roll20.net/js/d20/underscore-min.map" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/js/d20/underscore-min.map</a> : Fetch through target failed: Target not supported; Fallback: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
This is what it looks like, by the way. I'm using Windows 10

EDIT - I just noticed the part about the DevTools error. No idea what that is about. My comments below may not apply. Is the GM using dynamic lighting? If so, since you are a player the first thing to have your GM check is that you have a token on the Player map that includes you in its "edited &amp; controlled by" property. Then ensure that token has the appropriate sight (UDL or LDL) enabled, and that there is a light source within range of your token. If the other players can see then it is not a Fog of War problem, but if they can't then the GM should check to see if Fog of War (not Advanced FoW) is on and if so, that they have revealed some of the map for you all to see.

I don't think the devtools is likely pertinent here. The far greater likelihood is a breakdown in a setting. Verify (by actually checking, not assuming the default token is correct—and this will require the GM): Your token is on the VTT It is assigned to your character You have control over the character Your token is on the Token/Object layer It is not blocked off by DL lines from seeing the immediate surroundings If Fog of War is being used, that the area your token is in has been cleared You have not been Split from the Party (Check the Help Center if this is unfamiliar) If Dynamic Lighting of any kind is being used: Your token has sight turned on Your token has a light source, or Nightvision (UDL) or personal light (LDL)

My token was on the map, and we did a workaround where he gave another player control over my token, and he streamed it to me on Discord. Will investigate in greater detail when able. Is it okay if I notify you here afterwards?

Absolutely, but if you are looking for high-level tech support, you should file a&nbsp; Help Center Request &nbsp;along with a Console Log ( Chrome ,&nbsp; Firefox ).
