For a while now whenever a script crashes the sandbox it will auto restart with the offending script disabled.  This has really weird effects on a bunch of scripts that A.  ping when a restart happens, and B.  have dependencies that crash.  If they aren't disabled, then they certainly are disabling in mine so someone show me how to stop it.  I prefer the old setup where the api sandbox halts and waits for a restart, this way the heartbeat api warns me when it happens.  Now the heartbeat does nothing cause the restarts are auto.  This is especially annoying with scripts with less then stellar stability that are mainstay uses or a very rare macro that causes a crash for a dependency that then kills a mainstay script.   I also have a script installed that is spamming the sandbox with a message and I can't figure it out.  It constantly tells me that images have moved on the maps.  Its not an error but its a ton of spam when a live session is running.
