LFP X2 Wheel of Time - Accepted and Warrior (pref.), Sat Nights

I need a couple new players to fill out my party - rescuing them actually, as they are currently in a bind. We've had a couple players leave and we are a little underpowered/unbalanced. Ideally, I think it would we great to have an initiate to the White Tower and her childhood friend who is training to be a Warder. Perhaps they are sent out on a mission from the Amyrlin or some other authority in the Tower. I would prefer the Accepted to be played by a female, but, failing that, I'll take what I can get. I know it sucks to have roles dictated because everyone wants to be a special snowflake, but I'm interested in creating stories and I think a pair like this would help create great ones. The nature of your relationship would be totally up to the players involved (Hint: contention is always more interesting). I will also entertain other interesting ideas. I do really need another channeler and some more battle prowess, though. We play every other Saturday night @ 6:00 pm MDT (UTC -6). The next session is scheduled for July 19th.

wheel of time say what?????? Does that have its own system? Just finished that series and I loved it. I'd love to play in that setting. Although I'd be brand new to that system and I'm new to the site haven't played any games yet. I've got about 5 years of experience playing 3.5 edition D&D. I'm a quick learner though if you would bear with me for the first game or two. If you have any questions about me feel free to ask.

Are you playing the d20 version of wheel of time, or something else I've never heard of? Does your timeline allow for asha'man PCs?

I'm quite interested in this, been looking for a WoT game for a while now. Been a fan for nearly 15 years now, but since before I hadn't finished the last book I didn't want to get spoilered, so I never had a chance to join. Now I finished it and I'd really like to join. Playing a warder is an interesting idea, and I'd be up for that. I'm familiar with 3.5 and the WoT system. Haven't played either in a while though, mostly PF these days but it's still similar enough. But I second Max T.'s question, how far along is the timeline in your game.

This is the d20 officially licensed game. I am looking into translating it to Savage Worlds in the near future. The party is 2nd level. We are at the beginning of an extended campaign after having played a handful of mini-adventures. The party's story parallels the main story. They are on their way to Falme and have just encountered the Seanchan for the first time. Sorry for not responding sooner. It's been one helluva week! Like I said, I could really use a channeler and a warrior. Time is short, so I guess whoever can get me characters first gets in. Shoot me a concept and I can work with you in the next couple days to get the characters built. Glad to see the interest! Now, let's tell some stories!
