Error image in 'insane' sheet roll table

It has been like this since long times ago, it seems like there must be some image next to the roll result, but error image is showing instead. When will it be fixed?

It's a community sheet, and not something Roll20 deals with directly. There are +800 character sheets that are in the dropdown, bout only 40-50 of them are maintained either by Roll20 directly, or the publisher. The grand majority are community-contributed sheets. The insane autocalc sheet haven't been touched in over 2 years, so it's clearly not actively developed.
