Group of 5 seeking GM for D&D 4e

I’m looking for a GM to set up an on-going campaign consisting of numerous short quests, or one shots, run through a quest board like system. I’ve always really enjoyed playing one-shot campaigns but feel sad I couldn’t continue developing the character after the session ends, but this is the only real disadvantage. I really enjoy the sense of urgency and action involved with shorter quest lines, you never find yourself fighting the same boss 3 times before he finally dies. It is also a great venue to get a lot of different story ideas out there. All you need to introduce a quest is have the “quest giver” enter the tavern we frequent and buy us a drink. We are all a really relaxed role-playing group who enjoy and encourage having fun with role-playing above all, not min maxing OP character builds. All of us use the vanilla 4 th Edition PHB 1 classes and races just to avoid it, we really want a balanced team dynamic. All we want in a campaign is a diverse playground to have fun in with our characters, and an epic tale to talk about when it’s done. 101 Dungeon Idea just completing a portion of this list in an ongoing campaign would be above and beyond anything I have played so far. We're not against a arching plot or continuous storyline that isn't episodical. We just want some diversity in the story and for it to reflect we are an established adventuring company, and thought this would be a cool way of building a campaign that's never confined to any "tone" and can evolve with the players and their play style.
What are the timezones and availability of the group?

We're EDT and CST players so if you're in that time zone we're pretty flexible. Most available after 4pm EDT weekdays and after 2pm on weekends. We've been scheduled to play Sundays at 2pm EDT weekly so if that could work with you I know everyone is available and committed, if not let me know what the ideal time would be and I will discuss it with the group.
