Looking to start a small circle or group of rotating DMs for pbp/text games using the 5e system. In this setup you must be able to be a player and DM. What will be there: Anime themed campaigns, high fantasy, power fantasy, isekai, you name it. Because of the nature of how degenerate things can be as well as limitations on creative control, you have to be +18 so we can go full spice on the themes without worry. How it will be done: Essentially each person is a DM and a player, they DM for the other 3, then become the player in the next rotation. Pbp/text for the most part for maximum free time. Don't worry too much about DM skill, it's supposed to be casual in difficulty and if there's any emerging issues we can just iron it out. Rotation is important here so no DM does more games than the others and experiences burnout, so be prepared to do your part in order to help out. Why?: Normal vanilla dnd 5e can get stale, and I'm also looking for like-minded fellows to share ideas and techniques. Anime is also a rarely used thing for dnd, maybe it might be because of shyness so hopefully with this I can find others that couldn't bring their ideas or what they enjoy due to social circumstances. Yes, use this opportunity to test out your fanfic/light novel story. What kind of people am I looking for?: Generally easygoing weebs with way too much time on their hands that can do some basic level storytelling and roleplaying. As this is a team game experience, some level of consideration towards the others would be lovely. Additionally because we will be using multiple characters, be prepared to roleplay a variety of characters and not just kirito.
