Charactermancer still populating zeros for ability mods

This has been reported here , here , discussed on Reddit , and on other forums. I have followed Silvyre's suggestions (which is what gets tossed around by others for an answer), but that does not solve the problem. Roughly 1/3 of the characters we make with the Charactermancer populates zeros for ability mods, and the only solution we have found that works is to create a new character from scratch.

Those forum reports are 3 and 4 years old, and unlikely to be sources for up-to-date solutions. Are you running any extensions that alter Roll20's behavior, or using a non-supported browser? I'd suggest working through the steps below, and if they don't work, putting the Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) from step 4 into a  Help Center Request : Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
