Monster compendium bug/glitch?

Some monster's compendium entry shows the description and stat block as printed in the book as well as art and/or a token, but when I drag and drop it from the compendium to the game board the token fails to load and there is no coded "character sheet". For example the darkling entry from VGtM.
I was fiddling around with compendium commands today too and I noticed a couple of things... I'm running a Curse of Strahd game and it has occurred to me that monsters and other such things don't list in the compendium from this particular module (weird) even if attempting to view them from a different game. In this case, LMoP.  I also noticed that if the token might not be in the module already (I was fiddling with Bugbear and Hobgoblin in this case) they must be transmogrified from Mines to Strahd. But, tokens that might belong in Strahd like Commoners and Wraiths have no trouble. Unfortunately I can't think of a way to "trick" the system into using VGtM or XGE as they don't create games to transmogrify from. It would be nice if the compendium was whole and complete to what people have purchased, so if there's a fix I'd love to hear it.

Hi zom, This has  been reported multiple times  and is  under investigation . The problem seems to be one of timing. Wait for the character sheet to full resolve before closing the window. Closing it too early stops the import process. You may need to delete an incomplete import in order to generate a fresh, complete one.
Thanks a million keith! Good luck Kya!

Kya, The older modules do not have a Compendium component. They were developed alongside the Compendium system and at the time of their release, the system was not yet mature enough. There has been an ongoing effort to give compendium status to older modules. They will likely be announced as they are completed.
Thanks Keith, I look forward to a day when it's a little bit easier to use special things from modules in custom game :)
