I notice there are several Fallout sheets available, but have no idea what the "new" one might be and what differences there might be to between it and existing versions of that game. There are basically 2 options for sheets to be added for a game system: 1. The publisher gets involved and gets a character sheet developed, either by Roll20 or contracting someone to write it. This is the only way (currently at least) for there to be any compendium/rule set support built into your games ready to use. That starts with the publisher, so you might consider contacting them. 2. A member of the community writes a sheet that people can use to play. You can use the pinned thread in the character sheet forum to make a request that someone create that sheet (check the first post first as it might already be on the list). There is obviously no guarantee that someone will pick up the project. If you want to take a stab a creating a sheet, then you should head to the wiki. Info on creating sheets starts with this page: https://wiki.roll20.net/Building_Character_Sheets
I'm pretty sure the ones that exist currently are for the different versions of the old "Fallout PnP" game. I think OP here is thinking about the new Fallout 2D20 game from Modiphius. I'm not a "Pro" user, so I'm not allowed to create character sheets, but I just posted a macro that possibly might help a bit. It can be used with the basic "character sheet" built into Roll20 to make rolls fairly easy. I will still be using a Google Sheet for all my players on the side though, to keep track of items and other things.
