Dim Page Lighting with Nocturnal overlapping to bright?

I know this is mainly 5e specific, but it would be great to be able to set the entire page to dim light and also have Nocturnal tokens “see” in it as bright! At least I think so…

That would be fantastic! And it would allow for a more realistic lighting look to the maps.
