Tokens showing for some players, but not others.

We are having an issue in our game where some players can see certain tokens, but other players cannot. We are all using different browsers and operating systems. Currently, only one player can see his own token. The last time we played, I could also see the token, but I can't anymore. One of the players attempted to clear his cache, but that didn't fix the problem. This is what the player sees: This is what everyone else sees: Thanks in advance!
Is every token on the token layer? GM layer is only visible to the GM, and DL layer is only visible to the GM when the GM is on it. Does every player have control of a token that has vision? Is the vision the correct system (legacy or updated)? If you find a token does not have the right vision setup, change the token settings as desired, then open the character sheet and delete the current token and reattach the freshly set token. The new settings will only become default if you do this. Those are the only reasons I can think of that players cannot see their own tokens.

Every token is on the token layer. The player controlling the token is the one putting it on the map, actually, not the GM (via dragging it from the side bar). The player who controls this token is the only one who can see it. The GM can't see the token either. We've tried deleting this token from the character sheet and re-adding it, and still only the player who controls the character can see it.

Make sure the player is dragging their token from the sidebar and not from their character sheet (the latter does not produce the default token. Does the token function properly when the GM places it from the sidebar? Is the graphic for the token in the game creator's library and not the player's library?
The player is dragging their token from the sidebar, not the character sheet. It's been working fine for a while - we've been playing the game on Roll20 for a year now, and this problem started just two weeks ago. The token doesn't work properly if the GM places it from the sidebar. The graphic for the token is in the players library, not the GM's.

Try putting yourself as an additional, specific controller of the character. I haven't run into the issue you are describing, but it sounds a little similar. Another possibility: If the token image was accidentally deleted from a library, it might be visible to some as cached data, but not to others.
We had a similar issue I posted about here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/10103656/two-players-cant-see-token-dot-dot-dot Our Druid has a multi sided token and when she changed into a bear the token disappeared for me (another PC) and her. Everyone else could still see it. When flipped back we could all see it again…
