Game keeps making empty character sheets again and again

Hello! I am having problem of game making empty sheets ( it did even make few empty maps too ) every time that I load the game ( I am DM ) I have tried just deleting them, but deleting about 30 sheet every time you load the game has started take it's toll. I am using DND beyond roll app as is few of my players. Game name is :  Legenda Usvavuoren Lohikäärmemiehestä I used addon from "Yawning Portal" as "side quest" dungeon for my party, which I then deleted after they cleared it. Would this be cause and game "trying to load" now deleted sheets?

I am also having this issue.

I just reentered the game and there were 101 blank character sheets that I had to delete. All the posts relating to this issue just has the person fixing it fix the single game but never explain the underlying problem. This has been ongoing for me for a few months now.
