Of the 800+ char sheets on Roll20, only like 5 have updated to accommodate the mobile app better, and the the werewolf sheets aren't among them. I suggest you just try out each sheet by yourself and see which works best. (Currently the Roll20 Mobile App is only available for pro users, but anyone can try roll20 in the mobile browser, but it it varies how well it works form phone to phone.) And as all the werewolf sheets are community-contributed, it's uncertain when or if someone would try to update them to be more mobile-friendly. Very few people currently have insight into updating sheet for mobile, and Roll20 themselves are halfway with updating the popular D&D 5E sheet for mobile.
