Hello, For some time now, I've had a few issues relating to character sheets specifically. It should be noted that I am using Firefox as my browser, as Chrome has been very laggy with Roll20 in my experience, especially if the game is using dynamic lighting. Initially, certain buttons, such as the plus or the lock button, would not recognize that they were being clicked. This wasn't terribly problematic, as I could always just hop over to Chrome to add or remove anything from a character sheet. Everything else worked just fine. However, for a few months now, the character sheets would not load at all on Firefox. Upon opening them, they are stuck with the loading icon, and no matter how much time is spent waiting, they do not load. This could also be circumvented by using Chrome. Unfortunately, I am now trying to be the Dungeon Master for my group, and I'm finding that not only player character sheets are failing to load, but NPC sheets are suffering the same issue. Swapping between browsers was only somewhat tedious for just one sheet, but it was manageable. Swapping for numerous NPC sheets however, is something that will be very tedious if this issue persists throughout the adventure, and naturally I would like to find a solution to this problem, rather than just the workaround that I am currently working with. My browser preference is Firefox, due to the lag I experience with Chrome. Oddly enough, the other players in my group do not seem to have these issues on either browser. The addons that I currently have installed on Firefox are: - BetterTTV - uBlock Origin - View Image Chrome has the exact same extensions, with two extra extensions in: - uBlock Origin Extra - Google Docs Offline I have attempted to resolve the non-functional buttons issue, the sheet loading failure issue, and the lag on Chrome by following advice given in prior forum posts, ranging from 1 to 6 years ago. The solutions I have attempted are as follows: - Clear the cache of my browser - Remove all addons installed on the browsers - Reinstall the browsers - Reset the chat log, in the event that it was corrupted. (Note: These issues persist even when the game is brand new, and the chat log has never had a single input.) - Ensured from the DM that I still have access to the sheets. I have not yet submitted a bug report, as I am hoping to find a solution here before attempting that. Thanks in advance for any advice!
