
I'm currently DMing a long campaign that's pretty much a little over at the half-way point over the course of a year, we're on session 99. It's primarily Agency with main story plots at certain sections, I also do 5e conversions of old D&D modules as well and have been recording every session in a post summary since session 1. The players also town a small town that generates income, either for the investment of the town or for gear. The entire campaign takes place on a large continent with multiple nations each with its own cultures and religions. The party became part of a conspiracy theory way back when of staging a false war with the Empire against the Drow to give the empire a reason to bulk up their army - which the Drow eventually became the Empire's ally. Through the entire campaign and multiple player deaths due to either poor choices or failed death-saving throws, the team eventually meets the polite BBEG that can cast nasty Epic magic, lvl 10, and the such. The players are on a joint mission with the main church and even a faction of the forces of hell themselves to figure out the secrets of epic magic and once again banish or better yet kill the BBEG outright.
