Where are tickets? And why are my dice black?

Two question: * I thought I opened a ticket on this but I can't find it. Where are open tickets visible? * When I roll 3D dice in my game, they appear black, no numbers. They are normal in other games here that I play in, it's just my owh game where I can't see the dice. Is there a setting somewhere I can't see? These are probably noob questions, thanks for your patience.

The black dice are because your 'user' colour in that game is black, down by your name in the VTT you'll have a colour block, you can change it to any other colour and change the colour of the dice. Ideally the numbers would change to white on darker coloured 3D dice but it doesn't seem to be a high enough priority yet.
