There should be a Report a Player function

I can't seem to find a way to report a player for being a lewd, lascivious, disgusting sexual predator.  A few years back a player came into one of my games and fully traumatized four of my players and myself as the DM.  I advertise the game as Mature 18+ because we use a horror background and there are elements of the game that are not safe for work (violence, descriptions of death, dark occultism), but when a player deliberately violates established table rules (no sexual violence, non-consent, etc.) there should be a way to report them to Roll20.  If there is a function, make it more accessible as I have searched and used the support bot to locate but was unable to find it. I know I should have reported him at the time, but I did kick him from the game and thought that would teach him a lesson.  The reason I am reporting this today is that the same player came back, applied for the game and then during the player interview requested the same sort of general plotlines, devices and storyline for his character and I had to actually cross reference him with my Discord history to determine that YEP, it's the same guy, requesting the SAME disgusting thing and he has 9000+ hours on roll20 since 2015.   This implies that not only is he a serial deviant, but that there are LOADS of other people using your service who have out there who've had the same experience with this person and have, through this experience acquired the same disgusting feeling about bringing new players into their games. How do I report a player?  How do I make Roll20 a safer place for my players and I?  How can I ensure that by the time my kids are old enough to play VTT games on roll20 that the environment is safe for them and their friends?

There is an existing Roll20 way to Block the player.. Click on their Profile/Name where they applied for your game (where you can see their 9000 hours). Scroll down the menu on the Left, there will be a button-link to Block them.
