You might know every line of the rulebook and Faerun’s every nook and cranny. Newer players might not. Help players out where you can but don’t run their characters for them. I’ve got a lovely sound setup here and I don’t expect you to be insane enough to spend as much money as I do on audio kit. But it would be fantastic if you don’t join us using a laptop mic while scaling up the side of the world’s windiest cliff. What content is legal? Anything with WotC’s fingers on it is legal. Core, supplements and maybe some Unearthed Arcana. I use Standard array / points buy in my games and allow variant human and multi-classing. I don’t track xp either and use the “milestones” for levelling people up. It’s far superior for storytelling and makes D&D much less “gamey”. Cool. I’m down for this. What should I do?
