Hello, I had a few glances over previous topics to see if anyone else encountered this problem, it seems not ( or i might have missed it :) ) so i will address it in this topic.  Since my game on Wednesday 26.05.2021 ( my Icewind Dale - Rime of the Frost Maiden game ) I am not able to open any of the characters in game.  Being them player sheets or NPC / Monster character pages it seems they are stuck on the Loading screen for the Bio/Stats/Attributes.  The Handout pages seem to work just fine. Tried this on my Storm King's Thunder game also, it is the same. Any advice? or a bit of help please? it is a bit frustrating not to be able to access them :)  To get by i had to use Beyond20 browser addon but i would like to find a fix please. Thank you whomever might reply.

I'll post the standard checklist below the line, but your best bet is to capture a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ), and file a  Help Center Request . Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Thank you for the support @keithcurtis, I followed your advice and found that the Enhanced VTT Suite add-on was at fault. After disabling it everything came back to normal. Perhaps others might find this thread and could check the same way 🤗
