Players can't see each other

Hi all, not sure if this is a setting or a bug, but I as the DM can see all the other players cameras (we use discord for chat but roll 20 for video), and they can see my feed, but they can't see each other. We've all used Roll 20 for a long time, and we're used to it having the odd random problem with the video feed but this one is consistent over 2 sessions and hasn't happened in any of our other games in between. We've refreshed, reconnected, I've made sure the Chat Tech is on webRTC, I'm not sure if theres som other setting that might be preventing it though. Is there anything I can try or is this a bug?

I've been using Roll20 video exclusively for game for the last 6 months (Discord for audio). Very occasionally we will lose a video feed, but the reconnect button will bring it back. Have you tried having everyone press the reconnect button? it takes only seconds compared to a game refresh.

Yeah we've tried it all, and it's not like we only occasionally get each other, I (as the DM) usually have all 4 players but they have never managed to see anyone but me in that particular game, we all play in other games and have the occasional problems like you, but nothing this consistent. That's what makes me feel like it must be a setting.

I have a similar Problem. In one Campaign everything works fine, there is an occasional hiccup but everything works. In another Campaign there is a specific player I can never see and he can`t see me. Other can see us and we see the others. If we launch another Campaign that player and I can see each other fine. In still another Campaign one specific Player has to join last or he can`t see anybody.
