Pathfinder, Campaign managment

I am highly impressed with the software, and I will probably get a subscription in the next few days. I am mainly interested in Pathfinder Society, this is how I have been organizing the scenarios, I am curious if there is a better way of doing things. Monsters/npc's I created a page and I drop tokens on it, i fill in the radial menus with hp, ac, and speed, I have been dropping a link to common monsters (goblin, dire rat, ect) to the Pathfinder prd. For named monsters and NPC's from the scenarios, I make a pdf of their stat block (spells linked to the PRD) I park the pdf in dropbox and link that to the token. Handouts/maps/pages/ect I am using the Scenario listing numbers like tags so when I archive them they will all be grouped.  Are there better management option's available for subscribers?
Before I over think it, I suppose what I want is to drag and drop files into the journal tabs and launch a character transcription wizard... sarcastic yay for data entry!
It would be nice to see how other people organize their Pathfinder games.   Nestor, you post a link to the PRD data in the GM notes?  I find it slightly annoying that the link doesn't seem clickable and I have to rightclick and select a menu option to take me to the page.
My pathfinder adventures are in pdf form.  I've found it works better to stick the links to the PRD in the adventure write-up (as comments on the PDF), rather than in roll20.  Opening up a token or character sheet takes up too much room on the VTT.  I haven't really found the built-in tools terribly useful for Pathfinder monsters or characters.  Its a square peg in a round hole.  Its easier to use external tools, so I only put in the hp for monsters and characters, and leave the rest blank.

I add the basics on the token, dmg, speed, hp, AC, saves, perception and some specials if any, and a description.  Then I put a link to the rest. This way i have what i usually need layed fast in front of me, and the rest easy accessable. I also add all notable NPCs as characters, editable by players, So they can add info they get. This way they have all Intel within reach. Same goes with handouts.  It's then quicker than using external source, and the players get some responsibility too.
I can use an example of what I have in one of my tokens. All places expected encounters, my tokens are like this: I have name showed to me only (if they ask or get his name, I'll show it to them too) I have normal AC and HP in the bubbles. This dark elf is sitting calmly outside his tent, on a small carpet. She has yellow hair and white eyes with no pupils. Dungeoneering DC 14: It's a Drow. Perception DC 15: It looks like she's meditating. Perception DC 25: She has a holy symbol of Bane around her neck. Linky Female CE Drow Noble Cleric CR 3 Languages   Elven, Undercommon Init  +3; Speed 20ft  Senses  darkvision 60 ft.; Perception +5, SenMov +9 TAC  13,  FFAC  18,  CMD  16 Fort  +4,  Ref  +4,  Will  +6; +2 vs. enchantment +2 vs. enchantment Immune  sleep;  SR  14 Melee  mwk rapier +4 (1d6+1/18-20) Ranged  hand crossbow +5 (1d4/19-20 plus DC 13 Knockout poison) Special Attacks  bleeding touch (6/day), channel negative energy (4/day, 2d6, DC 12), touch of chaos (6/day) Spell-Like Abilities (CL 3rd) Constant - detect magic At Will - dancing lights, deeper darkness, faerie fire, feather fall, levitate 1/day - divine favor, dispel magic, suggestion (DC 14) Spells Prepared (CL 3rd) 2nd - death knell D  (DC 15), hold person (DC 15), silence (DC 15) 1st -  bless, cause fear (DC 14), cure light wounds, protection from law D 0 - bleed (DC 13), detect poison, read magic, resistance
I tend to only use the health bars and occasionally the name tag on the token. I'll write up basic macros, one that lists their attacks and damage and one that lists their saves in order to speed up the rolling. Example: The Barghest lashes out with both claws before delivering a deadly bite! /gmroll d20+16 Bite /gmroll d8+8 Bite  /gmroll d20+16 Claw  /gmroll d6+8 Claw  /gmroll d20+16 Claw  /gmroll d6+8 Claw  Finally, I use the alternate health bar to list AC, and I'll use the GM notes to keep track of what tokens have used which spells.
