Can't drag spells in from the compendium

I've tried to drag in spells... It used to work... Then today it just stopped. I tried copying the character? No dice. I tried a different browser? No dice. No clue what's going on, but it started today.

Is the sheet popped out into its own window? Do you have multiple sheets open so that it might be going tot he wrong one? Are you using the same sheet as before?

Same sheet, not popped out, no multiple sheets. I can import items just fine also.

What are you trying to drag the spell onto? If it is an NPC, do you have spellcasting turned on for that NPC? Can you give some reproduction steps?

Dragging them onto a normal PC sheet. I was able to drag spells onto it normally no problem until this just started. Steps to reproduce: Open compendium. Search for spell. Click spell and drag it onto sheet. Wait for the box that says it is importing to appear. Let go of left mouse button. Then nothing happens. --- This isn't human error. I know how to do this. For some reason that I can't explain it simply isn't working anymore.

Sorry for the piecemeal suggestions on this, but when you can't physically sit down and try things, it's a matter of ask-try, ask-try. I'll post the normal troubleshooting steps below the line (some of them you have done), but in addition, have you tried this in a brand new game? (to verify that something has not become borked in your current one.) Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

You're into dev territory now. I'd suggest a  Help Center Request . I'm coming up dry.

I *think* I figured it out, or at least I fixed it *sort of* - One of the items in my spell list was a custom spell (because Shadowblade isn't in the compendium) and it seems adding a custom spell broke the compendium. I deleted the spell and the compendium works again.

That, of course, doesn't explain why that caused anything.

That is weird.

I do not, I deleted the character at one point after copying it trying to troubleshoot it, as I found a listing on here from a dev about sheets sometimes getting corrupted.
