Question about spawning NPCs

I have created my own homebrew Dnd that is little like DnD5e but I use roll20/tablesmith and Excel. Encounters in my game are somewhat random and you have a chance to fight NPCs that have abilities. I currently use Chatsetattr to take attributes rolled in Tablesmith to automatically change a Default NPCs attributes so they are quickly put into Roll20 for use. Everything works except I don't know how to give them Macros/Tokenactions, are there ways you can set these for a token like you can using Chatsetattr? In my game you can level up abilities and or spells making the possibilities of outcome really high.  Is there a way for me to create a Macro on a token without having to do everything by hand? or is there any suggestions.  I have been playing as a DM with this group for 15 years and in this style, so backing off and doing it like 5e is not an option for me.

If I'm understanding what you're asking, you might want to take a look at the  TokenActionMaker  api script. You select the token, click a global macro and you're done. It creates token actions for everything, including attacks, saves, skill checks, and traits. My preference is to use the !sortta command, which prefixes the ability names by action type so they display sorted.
