So the key things there is that the text overlay is a secondary feature with regards to bar visibility. With 'edit' checked, any player who controls that character will be able to see and edit the bar values. Checking 'see' will allow ALL players to see the bar but only controlling characters will be allowed to edit the values. The text overlay is for when you want to display the numbers in addition to the actual bars themselves. The 'no entry' sign I can't explain however as the drop down should be functional and should contain 'hidden', 'visible to editors' and 'visible to everyone'. If you cannot access that menu I'd suggest checking the standard troubleshooting steps: Ensure you are using a supported browser (chrome and firefox) Disable all extensions Make an appropriate sacrifice to the deity of choice
