How Long Does Subscription Change Take to Action

Hi, I used to have a "Pro" account a few years back but switched to "Free" as I had a few years of not playing. Just starting to get back into gaming so switched to a "Plus" Account. I have the PayPal receipt but my account is still showing as "Free" (it's been a few hours and I've been logging out and logging in, clearing cookies, trying different browsers). Does it simply take a while for the subscription change to action? If so any idea how long it takes? Thanks

It should be instant. I'll see if I can shine some light on this.
Thank you, any help greatly appreciated.

I've sent a note to a place where it will hopefully be noticed, but there's a good possibility it won't bee seen till Monday morning. Usually Roll20 runs a smaller, emergency staff on weekends. In the meantime, check to make sure that the account you bumped is the same account/log-in as the one you are using. Just in case.

Thanks again for the help and the additional info. I only have the one account (I was pleased to note all my old games were still in the account when I re-signed in after a couple of years) so it's definitely the one I just upgraded. Still showing as Free, I assume the Devs are US (possibly West coast) so will hopefully hear from them before the end of the day.
Hi John, A member of the XP Team should be getting you sorted here soon via the support ticket. As this will be handled elsewhere, I'll go ahead and close this thread.
