Relatively urgent issue, unable to see new players in the "Can be controlled and editted by" section

The title says it all. I have had several players enter and leave, but one of the players is not updated in the drop down list. When I edit a character entry in the DM section, one of the players isn't there, and another player who isn't in the campaign any more is still there. They've been added and removed accordingly, so our roster is perfectly fine. It's just that there's 1 that's not supposed to exist in this list, and 1 that I can't see to assign her the token. Haven't had this issue yet. Any ideas? Edit: Issue follows any and all of the other people's character sections. The campaign is a Pathfinder one.

Players present in the list after they have left the campaign: There is a known bug where if a player leaves (is not kicked out) they remain in the list. Player not present in the list after joining the campaign: Please make sure the player has actually entered the campaign . If the player has not entered the campaign they will not show up in the list. If the player has entered the campaign and they still do not show up please send me a join link and I will come take a look.

Both of them have already been confirmed as kicked/joined before post and for several days. I will send the link to you now. Edit: Trying to assign player Morgan P. to Scarlet Trying to remove Meinypooh from campaign.

Player: Jarin will have to send you the invite. Though it's not a priority, for some reason control of player roster isn't transferred when the original admin set me as an admin. This goes with setting up splash screen, ect, but this isn't an issue. Just the one above.

Only the campaign creator can promote/kick people and alter campaign level settings.

Aight. The only real issue is the first one though, trying to get a hold of him.

The player, in this case, Morgan P. is confirmed to be in the campaign as a player, additionally she was added by the campaign group creator. She's not in any of the drop down list.

Problem is resolved. The problem was that the players had not entered the campaign application. They had joined the campaign (webpage) but had not entered the campaign application. Until a player enters the application the game does not know they exist. :)
