Group tokens

I found this forum thread , which is now closed unfortunately. I have the same desire as the OP; to group a torch token to a PC token and allow the PC to move their token + torch as one grouping. I followed all the steps but it doesn't seem to be working. When I enter the game as the player, I select the PC first (1st click), then I click and drag the PC (2nd click) - the PC token and torch token move together, which is great, but when the mouse button is released, the torch automatically moves back to its original position. This is not what I want. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Furthermore, a possibly more challenging situation, is that I'd like to group a PC token with a monster (goblin) token and allow the PC to move the grouping around. The PC is a minotaur and has captured a goblin and is carrying him like a backpack. FYI, I am PLUS user if that makes any difference.

Does the player of the pc being grouped with the light have edit permissions on the light token/sheet?  I expect this is coming back to permissions, but might be wrong.  If the tokens are grouped, the player makes the move, but if they don't have permissions to be moving one of the grouped tokens, so it breaks the group and returns that token to the original position because the player didn't actually have the permissions to move it.
I initially thought the permissions was the issue too, but after changing that, it didn't seem to be the cause.

Just checking: Both permissions are checked on both tokens? In-journal and can-control/edit ?
Aha! Yes, thank you kindly. Sorry Kraynic and keithcurtis for my incompetence, I'm still on the learning curve. Great support by the way. For others that may have the same challenge, be sure to have the permissions set for the character/item, both In-journal and can-control/edit ? and be sure that the token you are using is set to represent that specific token.
