Compendium and Charactermancer broken for DM and Players

I'm running into issues where I cant get characters work properly. I've got CHaractermancer and Drop From Compendium turned on in the game's settings, I'm using the 5E sheets by Roll20, and this has been working smoothly for me for over a year. Recently though midway through a session I started to get issues where new characters don't get the Charactermancer option, manually launching the charactermancer in the settings doesn't work, setting your Class doesn't automatically apply Saving Throw Proficiency or Hit Dice, and nothing is accepting drops from the compendium. THis isn't just a big for myself either, as my players also run into these roadblocks. I can make a character, get no option to make an NPC, or use Charactermancer, then click and dragging proficiencies or weapons breaks, and even my players can't get past the issue.

Oh, I've found that the Pathfinder By Roll20 sheets still work perfectly, it's just the D&D 5E By Roll20 that doesn't work. Cleared cache, cookies, used Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. 5E Sheets just don't wanna work with the compendium or charactermancer even though they're turned on in the game settings..

Are you using any third-party extensions? Do you have the same issues in a private browsing window? Do you get them in a brand new game?

I turned off all extensions, I get the same issue in brand new games, and in a private window. it started happening midway through a game when I was using the drag and drop from compendium. It was working for the first few drops, then it stopped working.

Then I would suggest capturing a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ), and posting it and a description of the problem plus the game link to a  Help Center Request . This sounds like something that likely requires a dev.
