[D&D 5E by Roll20] NPCs wont directly roll damages when I click on their attacks

On my Rime of the Frostmaiden campaign, NPC's wont automatically roll for damages in chat, and I find no way to even roll damages in a separate roll.  I replicated the problem with several NPC sheet just to be sure. So far I :  Checked that the automatic damage roll was activated in the campaign setting : they are, I even turned them off and saved, then turned on and saved again just to be sure. I click directly on the bold part of the statblock to roll for the attack. I have a separate campaign on Dungeon of the Mad Mage with the exact same settings that do not present this problem. PCs dont have this issue Any help would be appreciated.

What do the settings look like in the individual character sheets? My guess is that newly-created character sheets will have the setting you want, and pre-existing character sheets will not. You can either edit individual character sheets, or apply your campaign settings to all character sheets by hitting the "Apply Default Settings" button on the "My Settings" tab: Good luck! I hope this helps. Edit: I find no way to even roll damages in a separate roll. When attack rolls are separated from damage, clicking the name of the attack in chat ought to generate a damage roll.
