Want to make a character sheet for the Swedish RPG "Drakar och Demoner". How do I?

First things first... can anyone make character sheets for the site, or do you need to be a developer or something? Ive been wanting to make some character sheets for some swedish roleplaying games to open up roll20.net to a bigger "market" of swedish geeks (to get more people from here to play so I can play with them and perhaps make roleplaying more popular in sweden again). There is of course... nothing made for swedish roleplaying games on this site, so I would like to help add some to get all the old nerds and and closet geeks of sweden that are not as comfortable using english to get back into the game. Question is, is this possible, and if yes, how?

Ah! DO IT! Id love to play Drakar och Demoner! I think Ill actually make a PBP campaign for it and then wait for the sheets :P

But anyone can make character sheets through github and send in as a suggestion, right?

That's technically accurate, but it will be pretty hard to test it without the ability to test it in the context of Roll20.
