Greetings. Me and my friend, StanDroid are looking for a game; we often have to switch off as GMs in a game, and would prefer to finally be in the player seat together for once. We both care much more about playing an interesting character rather than trying to min-max for the most efficient build. So as long as the game is interesting and engaging, we're in it for the long run. Our schedules are very open to most days of the week, and most times; he is PST based and I am EST based. Text-only: Voice and video is a no-go for us. Also, while we prefer text-based games, we do not like play-by-post games; we heavily prefer play-by-chat. English-only: We only know English. Free Games: We cannot do paid-for games; at least, I am not in a position to pay for one. However, we are very committed players, and VERY keen on communication if we do need to drop out. We hate being ghosted too. Schedule: We're available typically from 12pm - 11pm PST (3pm - 2am EST) every day, except for Wednesdays after 7pm PST (10pm EST); Thursdays may be an issue at 6pm EST. System: Any system, so as long as there's an emphasis on immersive roleplaying, or at least a healthy mix of roleplay and gameplay, and easy to learn if we aren't familiar; we are not interested in any game that encourages rule-lawyering. Setting: We typically prefer medieval fantasy, but aren't adverse to trying other settings. However, we heavily prefer having a world where we can add our own piece of lore into, rather than be creatively gated by a setting that is precisely strict down to the finest details with no wiggle room. Hopefully what I provided isn't too demanding. We are open to discuss, but we want to make sure we join a game that would work not only for us, but for us to work for the game. Feel free to PM me or reply here. We've made a list of a few example characters of ours; we're open to creating new characters as well: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1p6rs_QtJeNDQ6tTeMTK3pYAQA1f_x7mfYNwQnPwwx6E/edit?usp=sharing Me personally, I love playing non-humans, and sometimes just weird character concepts or abilities, but as long as I can get immersed into the story and other characters, I don't mind what I play. edit: I've a few bites so far I need to consider. I may not get to your game, but thank you for the suggestions.
