Massive Token Lag

In each campaign on my account that I DM, tokens have a massive lag between commanding them to move and then following the cursor. They glitch out and follow the cursor with massive jitters and slow down a lot of token management and combat (and 4e already makes it last so long, urgh). Once upon a time they moved smoothly, but now they move in an extremely glitchy manner.
Let's start with the basics. Please follow all the steps on this page: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues
Also do you use Chrome or Firefox?
Sorry about the really late response, but I used Chrome until it got laggy on that. Since then I have been using Firefox and it has since started getting lagged out on there as well.
Are you using dynamic lighting ? and if so are you using polygon lines for it ?
S. Nicholls, did you follow the steps on the page I linked? Also, Ron H. asked a very good question. Dynamic Lighting drawn with the freehand tool can cause a great deal of lag.
Ah sorry again, didn't get any notifications! But to address the issue, no, Dynamic lighting was toggled off for when I tested it. And yes, Sarah, I followed those steps and it seems to have (tentatively) fixed it for now. I will update if there is any change, but it seems fixed for now.
Glad to hear it! Keep us informed if it the problem crops up again.
Will do! Thanks!
