Connection problems in Roll20

Hi! I have been playing on Roll20 for about 2 years, I have about 3000 hours logged and I had never encountered this error. The problem is that whenever I enter a Roll20 table, it does not load any images and the character sheets appear transparent, in addition to the red sign announcing connection problems. After about 20 minutes it is fixed but, if the page is restarted for anything, I have to wait all that time again. I would appreciate any help!

I'd suggest starting with going through the steps below: Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Another thing to check is if you have a lot of chat logs stored up. Clearing those may help.
