Hello! My name is Mac, and I am an experienced DM offering to run the introductory adventure Lost Mines of Phandelver for a group of players who are new to 5e, or new to Roll20, or both. I am located in the Pacific Time Zone in the United States. Lost Mines of Phandelver is the Introductory adventure from the Dungeons and Dragons Starter Set. It includes pre-generated characters, which we can use to get started as quickly as possible. The game would be largely focused on getting to learn the rules of both Dungeons and Dragons 5e, as well as the Roll20 platform for both role-playing and combat. I would intend the session to be between 3-4 hours, depending on player preferences. We would be able to use either Zoom or the Roll20 communications for voice and/or video chat. This game would be open to adults and children alike, and so the subject matter will be PG-13 at most, and is expected to be more in line with PG themes. Inclusivity: This game is intended to include players of all racial backgrounds, creeds, and sexual orientations. Bullying will not be tolerated. Should themes arise that make the players uncomfortable, players will have the right to make the DM aware of their discomfort, and we will adapt the game as needed to ensure a safe and comfortable playing environment. Exact date and time between the 4th and 8 of August are subject to group decision. Depending on player interest, multiple groups may be formed for different dates/ times.
