[LFP][Free][Adult][DND5e] Im looking for some people for a hombrew i have going

So i am looking for people to play as NPCs in my homebrew game. Playing an NPc is a lot more fun then it sound, also if players drop you will be first in line to become a player. THis is a paid position! make no mistake you will still have complete control over the character but you also will have separate objective then the rest of the party. i need at least one male and one female! AGE: 30 NAME: Majo Pronouns: He/Him NPC you would like to play: I am not certain what sort of NPC you're looking for! But, you want one? You got one! I can play all sorts of roles, yoho! A wandering merchant, a local priest, a child (or maybe even the whole family), a sniveling noble, a rough n tumble cutthroat, a lofty wizard, heck, even some baddies/monsters if you need 'em; I've had a particular villainous Mindflayer before!. If you want anything specific, let me know! I guess I'll advertise something like this though-- The Oldguard, Thelos. An elderly fellow and retired knight who lives in a modest village. He is a versatile guardian who trains the youth to protect what's most precious to them, so that they can find togetherness. His time as a hero may be over, but he can still teach these whippersnappers a thing or two. Some function suggestions: 1.) Maybe for some quests/money, he can teach the martial party members a martial adept feat, or if they're a magic user, they can train with him to unlock the magic initiate feat. 2.) Maybe he can temporarily  join the party for quests in exchange for gold. (His level will be adjusted to fit the party. Despite his experience, he isn't getting any younger.) 3.) Good quest giver or anything plot related if you wanna use him for anything.

I have to ask. What do you mean by paid position. 1) Do you mean the more obvious that you are a NPC being paid to be with the group doing X job. 2) Do you mean the game is a paid game, and we would need to pay to play as an NPC in your game. 3) Do you mean we get paid to be in the game playing as an NPC? I assume the first but you can never be to sure with paid games around. Also we don't have time (and time zone) or day of the game.  Can you also confirm that if a player drops out and we join the group. We would be joining as a totally different character and a fully fledged adventurer, not a lowly NPC. And some more information on what sort of NPC would be nice
