cant get images onto the map

exactly as it says. for some reason i cant get any images off of my pc to show up on the map for me to get a campaign set up. any suggestions?

What method are you using? Two simple ways are dragging the file directly from your folder onto the roll20 page, or uploading the image to your library first, then finding it in roll20 and adding it to the page from the search function. You cannot, as I understand things, drag directly from your library window onto the Roll20 page. I may be wrong about this, however. -Phnord

ok apparently i cant copy the image directly off the pdf i was trying to use. is there a way to make that work for me? thank you already sir, you have already pointed me in the right direction for my problems as is.
