7 characters must be from the city of Sigil at the center of the multiverse;
They are members of the Faerun division of the "Inevitables" who
enforce universal laws like mortality, divinity, oaths and justice. Ability
scores via point buy. Any race from any plane is acceptable, as long as they
follow RAW (this is negotiable). Characters can start with 1 uncommon
consumable, 1 common consumable and 1 uncommon magic item. Campaign will be a
homebrewed combination of several official Wizards sources including Candlekeep
Mysteries.
