I am unable to upload maps

I am unable to upload maps into Roll20. I have used 0 MB of my storage space. None of the maps that I have attempted to upload have exceeded 5 MB. I have attempted to use other browsers, ensured that I have no Roll20 related extensions, and I have cleared my cache. This is what I see whenever I try to upload a map.
I don't understand where you are uploading a map that would result in this message.  If you open a new map page and then open your directory and drag a filename onto the tabletop page, the pic you supplied is what you see?  When I do, the loading message is different.  It says "uploading .. this may take a few minutes"
Are the file extensions for your maps either "jpeg" or "png"? Are you able to upload a very small file? You've probably already seen this page, but just in case it helps someone else, here's the Help Center's page on files on Roll20: Best Practices for Files on Roll20 It may also be that it's just taking a while to upload ... when it finishes, the map will show up under "Recent Uploads" in the Art Library. Your screenshot is what it normally looks like when a file is in the process of uploading. Other people might have better suggestions.

You click upload and then drag your file into the box, and that gray bar is what I see. What you're talking about, I think, is if you just drag and drop your file straight onto the new map page. I get that same "uploading... this may take a few minutes" when I do it that way, but it's the same thing: the progress bar never moves. If I had to guess, it's just taking an abysmally long time to upload, though I'm not quite sure why. My internet isn't great, but it's definitely not as bad as Roll20 is making it out to be.

I was actually able to upload a map that was less than 1 MB after I made this post, though I still received a similar issue. I got that gray progress bar that I provided in the picture, and it was only after I refreshed the page after several minutes that I saw that the map actually uploaded.  I suspect that it is just taking a while to upload. With my luck, I'll probably have to sit here for a couple hours before it actually uploads. Fun times ahead.
