Hi Apoc, Could you be a little more specific? You cannot drag a token from the journal tab in an existing CoS campaign? What do you mean by "directly linked"?

No any monster/npc that is associated with the campaign will not drag and drop to any map. That includes from teh compendium monster manual. I.E. Wolf/Vampire spawns, ghosts, etc. They will open when you double click them but I cannot place any new tokens whatsoever from the module, only ones that are not in that specific module. The journal I guess, or from the compendium. Nothing that is included with that campaign will allow me to put it on any map.

That's an unusual problem, so I suggest trying some things to isolate where the problem is occurring. I'll place the standard troubleshooting steps below the line; some of them you've already done. In addition, you can try: Creating a new campaign with the module and trying there. If it works there, that means we've isolated it to something specific within your current game. If you have not yet started the campaign, this would also be a one-stop fix. If you have started it, but have not done much modification, as a Pro user, you can use the transmogrifier to move in the PCs. Try doing dropping a character while logged in in a private browsing window Finally, since this seems to be a common mistake in CoS, make sure you haven't loaded both the module, and the maps and tokens addon. The latter is already included in the former, and adding the addon to the module can overwrite all kinds of stuff. Your only option in that is to create a new instance of the game, and seek a refund on the addon: you don't need it. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Some clarification. Curse of Strahd doesn't have any compendium associated with it. So when you say "linked to Cos", do you mean like say non-unique monsters that appear in CoS? Like shadows or green hag or something like that? If so, I cannot reproduce the problem you have (I own CoS). EDIT: Just noticed you're Pro. Are you using any API scripts? I'd try turning them off to see if it fixes your problem.

Hi Apoc, Did any of the suggestions I gave help? If not, that console log would best be used in a Help Center Request . In most cases, here on the forums, we are users helping users. If you want or need to open a dev ticket, the Help Center is the way to generate one.
Nope none of it worked. I just character vaulted the PC's and stayed up all night fixing it myself by making a entirely new game. It's ok at this point with the issues I have been having I will be switching to Fantasy Grounds here pretty soon. There is very little reason for me to be getting 404 errors on content I paid for. Thank you for the attempt to help, unfortunately none of it worked.

Sorry to hear that. Obviously something went wrong and what works elsewhere was not working for you. Good luck with wherever you wind up gaming.
