Someone came into one of my games and deleted all the handouts...

Has this ever happened to anyone before and is there a way to recover the deleted data? The handouts were an NPC Log, Quest Log, Treasure Log (all the players loot is now MIA). I had the game set up as a pickup game, a player left over the weekend, and then when I went on I found someone with a screen name like "Personification" or something like that in the game. When I asked if they were joining they left the game and I found everything deleted.

This is terrible, and I'm sorry you went though that. Please send a Help Center request with game details. Since you're Pro, the transmogrifier might work to restore what's missing, but it would be good to get Roll20's attention on it first. Edit: Sorry, roll back is what I meant, not transmogrifier. I blame the heat. Thanks, Gold!

Sorry that happened. Since you're PRO you can use RollBack game feature. It's on your game details under the drop down menu.  Do COPY GAME first for an additional backup.  Then do Roll-back.

In any case, you should have someone, either a friend or a  Dummy Account  join the game and boot them from it. This will change the URL and hopefully foil a return visit.

They left the game entirely right as I messaged them asking if they were going to join, and right after I did all the logs went blank.

Did the rollback work for you, Roadkilraven?
When you rollback games via the pro feature, the permissions rollback but the player won't know the URL fyi.  An oversight in the process.  We can't actually remove them either, their names just permenantly show up as an option when setting permissions to tokens ingame.  If you go outside to remove those ghosts, they are not in the outside interface to "kick".

The Rollback did work, although it reset all the work I had done that day for the campaign, but I was able to rebuild all of it. Thanks for the help.
