Can't really be done, it's a general issue in webdesign, even outside Roll20. From you example, you probably realize you should switch around how you use the two field so it displays correctly on Firefox. If you have dark mode on firefox, the datalist should also show up as dark like you have for Chrome. Firefox(Linux) with dark mode:
