Marketplace item mysteriously removed from account

Hi ~ Has anyone else experienced marketplace purchases being removed from your account w/o your consent? - cause that happened to me w/ a starter bundle out of which the game I made was also deleted. I have the purchase on my bank account and wasn't given a refund, which is tight. Not gonna lie, I'm upset about this -_- Even if this gets somehow resolved, I doubt I'll get my game back.

It's possible, but I would urge speed in reporting. Fill out a  Help Center Request . It is possible that this is an error that can be reversed. I'll do what I can to direct attention to this.
