How to get rid of compendium tags

Hi. Apparently the players can see these tags that show a character is a creature dragged in from the compendium. How do I get rid of them?

Hmmm.... is there a particular reason you need to? It looks like new behaviour to me, and the two attributes that control it are not exposed to API. You can copy all of the info to a new character sheet, I guess. Or you could use the API to automate that process to make life easier. What's the use case though, out of interest? If you're already making the monsters visible to the players, they can see all the stats.
No, this happens if they can just see the monster in the journal without the ability to control it. I find that seeing this tag always gets players to start wondering if it's a doppelganger or dragon in disguise or something even though it usually just means I dragged the swashbuckler stat block into the journal and modified it to suit the character. It's not a big deal necessarily, just something I find to be a very unhelpful addition and if there is a way to get rid of it I would appreciate that.

It could be gotten rid of using a utility like Stylus, but that would only affect the computer of the person who installed it. As time goes on and these tags proliferate, I doubt they will attract as much player attention. Keep in mind that if it is in their journal, they can read the bio page. You could erase, replace or misdirect the information there if it becomes a problem.
