New to Roll20, looking for a D&D 4e group

I do have experience with playing D&D 4e as I'm in with a home campaign that's closing down soon. DM has to go. I usually play as a Controller or Striker, but I prefer Controllers. I'm well used to the core rules, and I can adapt to any DMs own made rules.

I'd be willing to join this group. This would be my first time on Roll20, I've got about 5 years of dnd under my belt.

Im also interested in joining a group. This would also be my first run in Roll20 though I have messed around with the campaign creator.

So, we need 2 more, and a DM. xD

Ill be one of those 2~ I've played D&D for years but I'm new to roll20

I'd love to join the group if possible. I've played a few sessions of 3.5e but never 4e. I'm a total newbie but I'm dying to learn! I'm in California so on Pacific time. I'd prefer to play on weekdays but can play on weekends if that's better for the group. I'd prefer to play in the evening if weekdays, in the morning or afternoon if on the weekends. I have Skype, webcam, mic.

Also I should mention that if we have trouble finding a dm i am more than happy to fill that spot. I do have a bit of experience with it and so far my players aren't unsatisfied. But i am new to roll20 as i mentioned before. Learning experiences all over the place :)

If there's room I'd love to join. Here are some details about me and my playing style: I live on the east coast of the US (EDT/GMT-5). I have three kids so as soon as I put them to bed I can play, which is normally after 8 PM. I'm available during the weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) and on Saturday. I'm not a noob, but I'm still pretty green to D&D. I've played some 3.5 (Pathfinder), and 4e. I tend to use the D&D character creator program, which means I don't fully understand how to do new characters from scratch. I am certainly willing to learn though. I typically play a ranger, but I'm willing to venture out -- it is an adventure after all! My main desktop doesn't have a camera, but my laptop does. I'm also running Linux (Fedora/Ubuntu respectively) so Skype works and so does Google Hangout. The in-app video is crazy bad though. Late bit of note; I'm a DM-in-training. I am looking for someone to take me under their wing and show me the ropes.

If you need a dm i have a setting i've been working on and would be willing to dm, i havent used roll20 before thought (don't know how big a prolbem that is for you) but none the less id be ready as soon as we have a set player list

Hey, if you guys are still looking for another player in the group (particularly a Leader, since I love playing the healer classes), I'd totally love to join! I'm Eastern U.S. too, but right now I'm free to play pretty much whenever everybody else is. New to roll20, too, but a longtime D&D player and fairly well-versed in 4e.

I am fairly new to roll20 and any "pen and paper" roleplay systems, but I'd like to get in on some! I see people throwing about terms like "Striker" and "Controller" but I'd like to be a Dwarf that wears heavy armour and hits stuff, if possible. Oh, I'm gmt+1 if that helps at all.

I'm putting together a campaign, and my other group is taking an extremely long time to mobilise. If y'all can get together in a reasonable amount of time and are good to play after 8pm EST on weekdays, I'd love to DM some eager pcs. By the way, I like my campaigns to be role-play heavy. So if we do play, expect to put some effort into your character.

Well if im down to be a pc and as far as time goes i'm in central time zone so i can make it (est is two ahead correct ? , although it doesn't matter if its -2 or +2 on my being able to play)

I've been looking for a 4e to play and a few have lost steam. I would love to play in a campaign. I am willing to play controller/striker/leader and once I get the go ahead for any class you will have my character sheet within the day.

I would Ideally like to play in maybe 3 campaigns total during a week. That would be amazing :D

now if only we could get a response :o..
