All the PCs 5E character sheets are empty Token is still assigned but when looking into it, it runs the Charactermancer to build it new My player are also not seeing their full sheet so it's not just my computer. My other games VT i run or play with the character sheets are normal

I think i know why. I did modify VT to let me players see my rolls and when i clicked APPLY DEFAULT SETTING i guess it did reset all the PC sheets is it possible?

Unlikely. There's no default setting I know of that affects Charactermancer status. Without a detailed examination of the game in question, it would be difficult to diagnose what's going on, though. Screenshots of the sheets might help.

The sheets are completly reset like it ask to select race class background etc in the Charactermancer. When i click next on every feature it look like the original value is still presentbut when i click apply changes at the end of the process, Building Your Character appear but the progression bar doesn't load

If charactermancer is stuck, it usually requires a dev to fix. However, it's odd that this would be happening across all characters in a game. A third party extension might also be the cause. If this is not the case, I would suggest opening a  Help Center Request .

I've seen this behavior when I accidentally messed with the character sheet choice in the settings tab.  Even switching between shaped and OGL can cause a sheet to look sorta empty.  It all depends on how drastically different the attributes are between the sheets.
