I've looked at the old posts around Jukebox issues trying to figure why mine would not play in Chrome, even after doing a hard cache clear. And yet it DOES work in an incognito session. Turns out the 'Disable HTML5 Autoplay' plugin prevents the jukebox playing a track. Works fine if you disable the plugin for the site. Hope that helps anyone out there with similar probs.
