New-ish Player LFG Pathfinder

Hello! By "new-ish" I mean that I have played other games like D&D 4th Edition, Shadowrun, Only War and Dark Heresy, but I haven't played Pathfinder yet. I own pretty much all of the more important books (Core Rulebook, Ultimate Combat and Magic, Advanced Player and Race Guide...). My timetable at the moment is a little unusual. I'm free on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6pm UTC, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays after 9pm UTC. I live in Finland, so I'm UTC+2 (+3 during summer), but I'm used to late night gaming (last year I played with a PlanetSide2 Outfit that started games at around 3 am local, and those sessions lasted 2 hours minimum). I have access to Skype, TS3 and Mumble, and I have working mic. Feel free to ask me any additional questions you might have. :)

Hi. I am trying to get some people together for a one/two-shot game with goal of building a regular group for an extended campaign. I was thinking of BeginnerBox rules to be noob friendly but have had enough interested from more experienced players to consider using regular rules. I am a new DM that wants to get some experience under his belt before commiting to something more long term. We have not yet arrived at a time but 7-11 beginning of week (monday or tuesday) seems to be most popular. Let me know if you are interested. Steve

Bumping this as I'm again on the look out for a game. The only changes to the above is that I am in a Dungeon World game but we have no fixed game day, and now I have a bit of experience with PF...

I'm a rather experienced player and GM for Pathfinder. Ideally I'm looking for a solid, consistent gaming group that I can participate in as a player since I don't have the time right now to commit to writing and running a game. I'd be happy to pitch in where I can to help new players and GMs get their footing.

Hey Folks, Im running a large scale Pathfinder game that needs a few players. RL commitments have drawn a few players away, and we need new blood. The game world is large and detailed, and very customized. When the Gods closed the Seven Worlds inside their crystal spheres, they did it to protect us from the ancient ones who hunger in the deeper darkness. In the thousand years since then, each world has been cut off, drifting through time, lost in their own cultures. Khem is a desert world, the kingdom of Wee Jass, mother of death. Hurn most resembles D&D of old, but the lands boil in a war between the Imperial Wizards and the Church of Sarah, goddess of healing and life. Aqualaan conceals her treasure beneath the world-sea. Pangea is just jungles, dinosaurs and blood. Flying ships keep travelers 'safe' from the screaming jungles. Kinwaku holds its secrets close. Rovania sleeps through troubling times, trusting in the god's protection. The other worlds are a mystery. The Orcs are a lost race, the Dwarves wonder The Space between worlds mourning the loss of their homeworld. Elves dwell in a dream state, denying the impending doom that threatens the Seven Worlds. Wizards hunt Bloodmages almost to extinction, and the restless dead claw at the veil between their world and ours. and more...

What time do you normally run it?

Indeed. I'd like to jump in on this if it fits my schedule. Additionally, what level is the group at this point?

The story is at chapter 11. I don't do XP. Everyone levels between chapters. So we are all level 11.

This definitely sounds interesting, but sadly it won't specifically fit my schedule.

Oh, and I don't do 'level appropriate encounters'... sometimes you'll meet 5 Kobolds, sometimes you'll meet 25 Wraiths. Depends on where you are.

That sounds interesting, and I might join up, but that depends if there's a game this Sunday (I have an Only War game at that same time, though this session might become my last as our half-dead group is being sent to clean up a 'Nid breeding facility...)

This Sunday is my other game (CoNTINUUM). The next Seven Worlds game will be on the 21st, 13:00 AEST (GMT+10) I'd like to talk on skype to get you up to speed and nut out a character. You got time this week?

*headdesk* this is why I should never try to work out times when I'm half a sleep. That would actually be 6am my time, so never mind about the Only War :rolleyes: But this week, I'd say Saturday at or after that time would be best for me, as then I won't have to worry about other stuff....

I'm fine with it since it's Saturday-Sunday night (I'm more than a little nocturnal anyhow, and it wouldn't be a first time for me to be up at that time ;) ).
