Welcome to Okathys, a land of intrigue, mystery, and of course, adventure. After the Third Upheaval over a thousand years ago caused the end of the divine age, eleven city-states rose to bring order back to Okathys. For centuries they found only war. Now only three nations remain, the others having been conquered or destroyed. The three have found some balance and for the last three decades they have been at peace, but they all know it will not last much longer. To the north, the Emerald Queen seeks knowledge and she suspects others of keeping it from her. To the east, the self-proclaimed descendants of an ancient line seek to reunify the continent under their rule. And to the south, the Dragon King's nobles grow tired of appeasing his greed, almost as quickly as he grows tired of their appeasement. In the midst of these volatile circumstances, a band of adventurers comes together. Each member seeks their own objectives, but fate has brought them together. For what purpose is yet to be seen. What is clear, is that their choices may end up affecting not just them, but also nations, the continent and perhaps the entire world. Hello everyone! I'm currently looking for players for two games, the first one (on Mondays) already started and PCs are currently at level 4, and the second one (on Tuesdays) looking to start in October. These are meant to be long-term weekly sandbox games in my homebrew campaign setting. The balance of roleplay, exploration and combat ultimately depends on what you decide to do, though I do tend to lean towards roleplay. I also do like to integrate a character's backstory into the campaign wherever possible, though it may take a few session for elements of your backstory to appear in the story.
