Allow custom sheet creators to control the default window size when a sheet is opened

When opening a character sheet on different computers the window size is different for each machine. This can lead to some display issues on some devices. It would make sheet development much simpler and improve usability for GMs and players, if we could add a line of CSS to a custom sheet and preset the popup window size!
